| Cam White WHITE, James (Cam) May 4, 1919 - June 29, 2011It is with great sadness and heartache that we announce the passing of our father, grandfather, great-grandfather. Forever remembered: by his son Alan (Nonie), four grandsons, John (Arlene), Cam, Shane (Lori), Cory (Linda) and many great-grandchildren; and of course his friends. We also wish to extend our sincere appreciation to all the medical and nursing staff at the Cross Cancer and Misericordia Hospital.
