Peacefully at the Perth Hospital, with her family by her side, on Sunday October 21, 2012, at the age of 78.
Predeceased by her husband Lawrence. Loving mother of Marie and Paul (Sarah). Proud grandmother of Josie. Survived by her sisters Dorothy (Randolph Legree-deceased) and Eileen (Dan Boothby). Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Cora and special uncle Jim, also predeceased by her sisters Alma (Stewart Malloch) and Della (Jim Graham-surviving). Blanche will be missed by all her nieces and nephews, friends, and family.
Friends may visit the family at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home, 19 McArthur Ave., Carleton Place, on Wednesday October 24, 2012 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service Thursday in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at St. Mary?s Cemetery.
