    • PARKER, HELEN "PEG"
      Helen "Peg" Margaret Wood Parker, passed away Friday, November 22, 2013. Born January 20, 1930 in Ann Arbor, the daughter of William and Antoinette (Willey) Wood, Peg graduated from the University of Michigan School of Music in 1951, raised a family in Ann Arbor, and spent several years in Florida and San Francisco. Survivors include: Amy Parker, daughter, of San Francisco; Jay , son ,(Ysabel) Parker of Florida; grandchildren, Alexander, Krystal and Kyle; great grandchildren, Mattias and Elsa; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, William. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held June 7, 2014, 2-4 PM, Kelsey Museum of Archaeology, 434 South State Street Ann Arbor, MI. Cheerful colors and happy reminisces, appreciated. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Lung Association.
