- Beverly A. (Currier) Klewiec, 84, died Wed. Nov. 30, 2016, at St. Camillus Health Ctr. after a brief illness.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 59 years, Walter P. Klewiec, who died in 2010.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Klewiec, of West Reading, Pa.; a daughter, Ann Kane, and her husband, James, of Douglas; 6 grandchildren: Jamieson, Travis, Martin and Cord Klewiec and Victoria and Christopher Kane; 5 great-grandchildren: Isabel, Brennan, Madison, Emma and Mackenzie.
She was also predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Carrie Klewiec; a granddaughter, Kelly Ann Kane; and a brother, Richard Currier.
Born in Worcester, Mass., on Sept. 28, 1932, she was the daughter of Herbert and Hazel (Teague) Currier and lived in Sutton over 70 years. She was educated in the Sutton School system and worked in Quality Control for Tredegar Corp. in S. Grafton for 36 years, retiring in 1994.
Always putting family first, Beverly loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening over the years.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Tri-Valley Elder Svcs., Elderwood Home Care, St. Camillus Health Ctr. and Notre Dame Hospice. They would also like to thank Diane from Elderwood Home Care for her exceptional care given to Beverly.
Her funeral will be held from Jackman Funeral Home, 12 Spring St., Whitinsville, on Mon., Dec. 5, with a Mass at 11 a.m. in the First Congregational Church of Sutton, Boston Rd. Burial will follow in Howard Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be held on Sun. Dec. 4 from 4 - 6 p.m.
