    • Gayle Lucille Shulters, 92, died Oct. 4, 2009, at Broward General Hospital. She was born in Grand Rapids, Mich., and lived in Fort Pierce for 20 years, coming from Batavia, Ill. She was of Christian faith. She was a member of Indian Pines Women's League Golf Club of Fort Pierce and Spring Lake Country Club in Spring Lake, Mich. Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Robert B. Shulters of Fort Pierce; daughter, Marcia Lynn Shulters of Fort Pierce; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Ayvonne Whimes and June Warren. Services: A celebration of life will be at 10 a.m. Oct. 11 at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home, Vero Beach.
