  • Notes
    • Passed away peacefully at Nipissing Manor on December 29th, 2020. Beloved wife of Arthur Langford of South River. She is the much loved mother of Kenneth Langford (Danielle) and Joanne Langford. Cherished grandmother of Cody Langford, Beau Langford (Fauve), Desiree Boucher (Andrew), Elizabeth Langford, Ashley Langford, Jessica Langford, Averian Langford and Zoey Langford. Dear great grandmother of Levy.
In Joy?s earlier years, she was a member of the Chalmers United Church where she regularly volunteered with Church functions. She was an avid quilter in her spare time. She loved children and was able to babysit her grandchildren on a regular basis when they were young.
Joy was able to stay at home with the help of her family until she took residence at Nipissing Manor.
She was predeceased by her parents Kitchener and Susan Grawbarger, all her siblings, Edwin, Edna, Norma, and Faye. Due to Covid 19 restrictions there will not be a service until Spring. Special thanks to the staff at Nipissing Manor for the care and love shown to Joy.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Alzheimer?s Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
