- Lawrence Boyd McLaren born July 16, 1928, passed away peacefully at home on August 30, 2018 at the age of 90. Predeceased by his loving wife Irene, parents George and Mary Louise, sister Jesse (Ted), and step-daughter Marge (Maurice). Survived by his step-sons John (late Jessie) and Ron. Greatly missed by his grandchildren Edward (Jill), Rob (Tiffany), Alexandera and his great-granddaughter Kate. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Tuesday, September 04, 2018 from 11:00am till the time of service in the Chapel at 1:00pm. Interment to follow at Easton's Corners United Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
