    • LESLIE JOHNNIE TEUTON, 81, of Hedgesville, died Friday, July 3, 1998, at Heartland of Martinsburg, Martinsburg, W.Va. Born April 29, 1917, in Burbank, Fla., he was the son of the late Charles and Alice Pictorial Robinson Teuton.
      He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Ruth Teuton, in 1994.
      A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S. Navy. He was in the reserves for 12 years, retiring as a chief petty officer. He owned and operated Gaithersburg TV and Radio Service for 34 years.
      He is survived by four daughters, Dorothy Lee Martin of Jefferson, Md., Carol Ann Peake of Columbia, S.C., Susan Jane Trent of Point of Rocks, Md., and Judith May Trexler of Hedgesville; two sons, James Joseph Teuton of Terrell, Texas, and Charles Raymond Teuton of Yorktown, Va.; a brother, Hugh Teuton of Ocala, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; agreat-great-grandchild; several stepgrandchildren; and several stepgreat-grandchildren.
      He was preceded in death by a son, Leslie J. Teuton Jr.
      Services were held at Minnich Funeral Home, Hagerstown; burial was in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park; military graveside services were conducted by Morris Frock American Legion Post 42.
