  Barbara Jean Riggio, 70, Englewood, died July 3, 2003. She was born Jan. 16, 1933, in Madison, Conn., and came to Englewood nine years ago from Ivoryton, Conn. She was a secretary/receptionist at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for 10 years before her retirement. Survivors include her mother, Ruth Blum of Venice; a son, Bruce of Englewood; and sisters Gail Lester of Glasgow, Ky., and Judy Alvord of Venice.
