William F. Lyons Dead; Pioneer Winnipeg Druggist
William Francis Lyons, 53, of 679 William ave., for 23 years a Winnipeg druggist, died Thursday at his residence.
Mr. Lyons, who was born in Windsor, Ont., came to Winnipeg in 1904. Since 1907 he has owned and operated Lyons' drug store at the corner of Sherbrooke st. and Elgin ave.
He is survived by his wife and three daughters, Mrs, A. Lewis, Lillian and Helen, all of Winnipeg.
The funeral will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from St. Edward's church to St. Mary's cemetery, Arrangements are in charge of Badal's funeral home.
