Services for Frank H Vail, 68, former Trenton resident who died Saturday in Toms River, will be held Tuesday at 2 pm at the Hartmann Funeral Home, 539 Centre Street. The Rev Philip R Zink of Westminster Presbyterian Church will officiate. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call this evening. Mercer Lodge 50, F & AM will hold services at 8 pm. Born in Trenton, Mr. Vail lived at 101 Foster Road, Toms River, for 15 years. He was a retired landscape foreman for the State Highway Department and was a navy veteran of World War I. Husband of the late Florence Madden Vail, he is survived by a stepson, G Wallace Boyer of Yardville Heights, and two grandchildren.
