    • DAVEY, Floyd Borden Peacefully, in his sleep, at the Almonte General Hospital on Wednesday, May 19, 2004. Floyd B. Davey of Almonte & formerly of Sydenham in his 85th year Beloved husband of Mary More (Munro). Much loved dad of Fred and his wife Pat, and Roger and his wife Rae Ann. Dear stepfather of Brian, Paul and Diane Munro. Proud poppa of Kyle, Matthew and Victoria Davey. Dear step-grandfather of Hannah, Sarah and Emily Munro. Predeceased by his parents Shem and Louise Davey (nee Thompson) and by his first wife Ruth Deyo, his daughters Gail and Dolores and 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Friends may call at the C.R. GAMBLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 127 Church Street, Almonte for visiting on Friday From 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and where Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m. Rev. Blair Corcoran officiating. Interment in the family lot in Verona Cemetery at 3 p.m. Special thanks to the "angels" at the Rosamond Wing, especially Marni, Gail, Eileen, Cathy and a host of others. Donations in memory of Floyd may be made to the Almonte General Hospital Fairview Manor Foundation and would be greatly appreciated by his family.
