He graduated from University of Michigan with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering. He worked for Gardner Denver in Michigan and Thor Power Tools in Illinois. He was of the Christian faith. He was a member of Indian Pines Investment Club and Golf Club. Survivors include his daughter, Marcia Lynn Shulters of Fort Pierce; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gayle Lucille Shulters; sister, Virginia Standish; and brother, Donald Shulters. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, Indian River County Chapter, 2505 17th Ave., Vero Beach, FL 32960. Services: Arrangements are by Thomas S.
