COBB, Mary 'Grace'
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Eastholme, Powassan in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Frederick Karl Cobb of Powassan. She was the loving mother of Elizabeth Hooey (Frank) of Oakville, Nancy Kidd (John) of Shelburne, Timothy Cobb (Lynne) of Lethbridge, Alberta, Donald Cobb (Sherrill) of Leduc, Alberta, Steven Cobb (Heather) of Powassan, Susan Cobb of Powassan, and Ben Cobb (Karen) of Powassan. Predeceased by son Peter and survived by daughter-in-law Sherry Seymour (Colin) of Mansfield. Proud grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Grace was the dear sister of Donald Newcombe (the late Leona) of London, Hazel Shamblaw (Max) of Strathroy, the late James Newcombe (Edna of London) and Ruth Day (Clifford) of Moosimin, Saskatchewan. The family will receive visitors today, Monday, January 14, 2013 from 6 to 9 pm at the Paul Funeral Home and on Tuesday, January 15 from 12:30 to 1:30 at the Powassan Royal Canadian Legion Hall. The funeral service will be conducted in the Legion Hall on Tuesday, January 15th at 1:30 pm. Spring interment at Powassan Union Cemetery.
