Larry Burnap

WINTHROP ? Funeral services for Larry C. Burnap, 37, Brookdale Road, were held Monday (Sept. 19, 1983) at 2 p.m. at the Hammill Funeral Home, Winthrop, with the Roger McElwain, former pastor of the Brookdale Wesleyan Church and the Rev. James Wills, current pastor of that church, officiating. Masonic memorial service conducted by Joseph French, sword bearer of Brasher Lodge 541, was held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Mildred Jenkins conducted a memorial service by the Stockholm Historical Organization.
Mr. Burnap died Friday (September 16,1983) as the result of a farming accident.
Surviving are his mother, Viola, South Butler, NY; two brothers, Leon of Norfolk and Dwayne of Winthrop; two sisters, Mrs. Betty LeCuyer of Winthrop and Mrs. Ellen Young of South Butler, NY, and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Burnap was born in Massena on March 24, 1946, son of Harold and Viola Steenberg Burnap. He graduated from St. Lawrence Central school.
Mr. Burnap was a member of the Brookdale Wesleyan Church, the Brasher Lodge 541, the What Cheer Lodge 689, and the Stockholm Historical Society.
Burial was in the Jenkins Neighborhood Cemetery, Stockholm.
