Eleanor McMartin
McMARTIN, Eleanor (nee Hazelwood) - Of Mattawa passed away peacefully at the Algonquin Nursing Home, Mattawa, on Tuesday July 25th, 2006 in her 100th year. She is survived by her adult children, Norma McMartin of Okotoks, Alberta, Nelson McMartin (Anita) of Mattawa, Neil McMartin of Ottawa and Nancy Adams (James) of Orillia. Sadly missed by her beloved grandchildren, John, Melissa, Jason, Ken, Rodney and four great-grandchildren, Jenna, Michelle, Blake and Evan. Predeceased by her husband Norman (1961), and brothers and sister, Jack, Percy, Herbert, William, Charles, David, Eric and Lillian. Friends and relatives may call at the T.L. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Mattawa, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted at St. Anne's Church with Reverend David Sheilds of St. Alban's Anglican Church officiating on Saturday July 29th, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment at Pine Hill Cemetery, Mattawa. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
