David George Foster Hazelwood 1915 - 1996 (81 years)Loading... David Hazelwood HAZELWOOD, David - A resident of Algonquin Nursing Home and formerly of Papineau Township, passed away at his late residence on Sunday, December 1, 1996, in his 82nd year. He is survived by his children Ralph (Elizabeth) of Calgary, Bernice Watts of Mattawa and Ruby Guignion (Maurice) of Gaspe, Quebec. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Brother of Eleanor McMartin of Mattawa and Lillian Allen of Thornloe. Predeceased by his brothers John, William, Percy, Herbert, Charles and Eric. Friends and relatives may call at the T.L. Smith Funeral Home, Mattawa this evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted at the Funeral Home on Thursday at 1 p.m. Interment Pine Hill Cemetery. Donations to the Algonquin Nursing Home Palliative Care Room or to the Mattawa General Hospital Oncology Clinic would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
