He graduated from University of Michigan with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering. He worked for Gardner Denver in Michigan and Thor Power Tools in Illinois. He was of the Christian faith. He was a member of Indian Pines Investment Club and Golf Club. Survivors include his daughter, Marcia Lynn Shulters of Fort Pierce; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gayle Lucille Shulters; sister, Virginia Standish; and brother, Donald Shulters. Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Robert B. Shulters of Fort Pierce; daughter, Marcia Lynn Shulters of Fort Pierce; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Ayvonne Whimes and June Warren. Services: A celebration of life will be at 10 a.m. Oct. 11 at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home, Vero Beach.
