    Suddenly, in hospital, surrounded by family. Beloved husband for 52 years to Dawn (née Gow). Proud father of Kevin (Vicky) and Dawna (J.) Ferguson. Cherished Grandpa of Samantha (Kyle), Jessica (Brogan), Brandon, Jacob, Zachary, Ryan and Jason; great-grandfather of Jackson, Piper and one soon to be. Son of the late Clara (née Paul) and Willis Barkley. Dear brother of the late Roy (late Emily), late Rae (Sylvia), late Gordon, Lee, Carl (Carol), Catherine (late Lorne), Betty (Tom), late Elery (Carlene Bellanger), Muriel (Bert), and Elaine (Don). He will also be missed by his sister-in- law Connie Gow, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes 1610 Roger Stevens Drive on Monday, December 21 from 2:00 ? 4:00 and 6:00 ? 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul's United Church, 3452 McBean St., Richmond on Tuesday, December 22 at 11:00 a.m., followed by a reception. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Richmond Munster Minor Hockey Association would be appreciated. (At the request of the family, due to allergy concerns, please be scent sensitive at the visitation and service).

Dear father of Roy (Emily) of Boucks Hill, Dwaine (Dawn) of Richmond, Gordon of Ottawa, Lee of Ottawa, Carl (Carol) of R.R. #1, Chesterville, Catherine (Lorne) Dennison of Cornwall, Betty (Tom) Henderson of R.R. #2, Chesterville, Muriel (Bert) Yalden of R.R. #2, Williamsburg and Elaine (Don) McInnis of Campbell River, B.C. Willis will be fondly remembered by 33 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sons Ray and Ellery, a sister Florence Merkley, a brother Lloyd, one grandson and 2 great-granddaughters. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
