    Services for Claude L. (Bill) Bailey, 83, sales representative for Genesee Refrigerator Supplies, Inc., will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Goddard & Crandall Funeral Home. The Rev. Nicholas Titus, pastor of Eastwood Baptist Church, will officiate. Masonic rites will be conducted at 8 p.m. tomorrow.
    Mr. Bailey died unexpectedly Thursday night at his home, 310 Mildred Ave.
    He formerly owned and operated Bailey?s Refrigerator & Radio Service in Eastwood for 16 years before selling the business about eight years ago. He had been associated with the Genesee supply firm the past two years.
    For 15 years he was treasurer of the Refrigerator Servicemen?s Engineering Society. He was also a member of the American Society of Refrigeration Engineers.
    Born in Delphi Falls, he lived in Eastwood 27 years. He was a member of the Eastwood Lions? Club and Eastwood Baptist Church, on whose board he served six years.
    A veteran of World War I, Mr. Bailey was also a member of Onondaga Lodge 802, F&AM, and of Central City Consistory.
    Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Finney Bailey; a son, William G. Bailey; two granddaughters; two half-brothers, Henry and Charles Ackley, both of Delphi Falls, and a sister, Mrs. Clark Becker of Cazenovia.
    Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home, 3111 James St. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.

    Claude married Elizabeth Martha Finney on 8 Sep 1932 in Syracuse, New York, USA. Elizabeth (daughter of George Elmer Finney and Clara E.
