HAZELWOOD, Keith Elmer - Suddenly at his home on Monday, August 5, 1991. Keith Hazelwood, beloved husband of Donna MacLean and dear father of Kimberly, Krista and Garret, all at home. Brother of Gordon of Georgia, U.S.A, Donald and his wife Marjorie of Guelph, Della and her husband Gerald Clark of Saskatchewan, Alex of Almonte, Clarence and his wife Gwen of Saskatchewan, Gary and his wife Audrey of Carleton Place, and Isabelle and her husband Wallace Eady of Cobden. Resting at the Funeral Home of Low & Low, Scugog Chapel, Port Perry, (416-985-7331 ), for service in the chapel on Thursday, August 8 at 2 p.m. Interment McNeil Cemetery, Wick, Visiting Wednesday 2-5 and 7-9 p.m.
