Passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday August 23rd, 2019 at the age of 79 in the Bingham Memorial Hospital. She leaves behind her husband Robert J. Lougheed of 54 years. Her children Ginger (Garret), Lenore (Matthew) and Robbie (Jennette). She leaves behind her 8 loving grandchildren Michael (Kristin), Kimberly, Andrew, Tanis, Logan, Adia, Kaisha, Hudson and her one great-grandson Carter. She is survived by her siblings Gladys (late Gary) Preston, Alberta (Ken) Lougheed, Ruth Welch, her best friend and sister Helen (Ted) Lougheed and her brother John (Holly) Welch, many nieces & nephews, other relatives & friends. Visitations will be held at the IRVINE & IRVINE FUNERAL HOME, 641 DeTroyes Avenue, Iroquois Falls on Sunday August, 25, 2019 from 7 pm to 9 pm. At the Matheson Community Arena on Monday August 26, 2019 from 10:30 am followed by the funeral service at 12 noon and the interment will follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery. Special thanks to the wonderful nursing staff & doctor of our personal, small community hospital. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Bingham Memorial Hospital and would be greatly appreciated.
