KING, Myrtle Stella - At Mattawa General Hospital, Wednesday, October 9, 2013, in her 88th year. Myrtle was the loving mother of Ralph Hazelwood of Calgary, Bernice Watts of Papineau, Ruby Guignion of Gaspé, Tim Hazelwood of North Bay, Bonnie, Marlene and Debbie Hazelwood and Mark King, all of Mattawa. Myrtle was predeceased by David Hazelwood, her parents Leada (nee Yerkie) and William King and siblings Ernest, Ralph, Lillian, Hazel and Bert. She is survived by many grandchildren and siblings Gladys, Leslie, Earline, Cecil, Lemmie, Billy, Beatrice, Marion and extended families. The family will receive visitors at the PAUL FUNERAL HOME , Powassan, on Friday, October 11, 2013 from 6 to 9 pm. and on Saturday, October 12 from 10 am until the funeral service at 11 am. Interment will follow at Nipissing Cemetery. The family would like to express their appreciation for the special care given by the staff of Mattawa General Hospital. If desired, memorial donations to Polio Canada (cheques payable to March of Dimes) are suggested.
