  Roy Atwood had gotten sick as a child and had a bad heart. He got an abscess tooth from a flat toothpick and went into the dentist to have it fixed. They weren't planning on putting him under because of his heart but somehow the nurse didn't get the message and he was put under and never woke up. --Sunny Tangren
