| Sylvia Perry Mrs. Hiram L. Perry - Mrs. Hiram L. Perry, formerly Miss Sylvia King of Reed City, passed away in Greenville last Sunday, death being due to peritonitis.
Sylvia King was born March 5, 1896, six miles west of Reed City and attended the local schools for years. August 14, 1913, she was married to Hiram L. Perry in Big Rapids and since that time had made her home in Greenville. The remains were brought to Reed City Tuesday and taken to the home of her uncle, Frank Samis. The funeral services were held from the house Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock, Elder W.C. Wood of the Mormon church in Chicago officiating. Burial was in the Chase Cemetery beside the grave of her father.
Deceased is survived by her husband, mother, Mrs. James Dark of Montague, two children, aged 2 years and 11 days, respectively, and a brother, Milan E. King, as well as other relatives. |
