- MUNRO, Mary Jane (March 12, 1918 - April 2, 2005) Peacefully at Stoneridge Manor, Carleton Place, Ontario on Saturday, April 2, 2005 at age 87. Mary Jane Munro beloved daughter of the late Alexander T. Munro and the late Elizabeth Ellis. Dear sister of Ruth (Gerald) Sharpe, Russell, Glen, Elmer (Eileen), Ira (Donna) and Maurice (Ethel). Predeceased by three brothers Lyle, Cecil, Hilliard and by one sister Edith Irwin. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Kerry Funeral Home, 154 Elgin Street, Almonte for visiting on Thursday, April 7th from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thence to the Almonte Civitan Community Hall, 500 Almonte St., Almonte on Friday, April 8th for visiting from 12 noon until time of Funeral Service at 2 p.m. Interment Guthrie United Cemetery, Clayton. Donations made in memory of Mary to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the Munro family.
