MUNRO, Ira George Peacefully in hospital surrounded by his family on Saturday, May 17, 2008 in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Donna (Webb). Cherished father of Aleta Roberge (Michael) of Almonte and Heather Bugden (Scott) of Florida. Loving Poppa of Amanda, Patricia and Matthew Roberge and Kaitlyn and Kyle Bugden. Brother of Russell, Ruth Sharpe (Gerald), Glen, Elmer (Eileen) and Maurice (Ethel). Predeceased by brothers Lyle, Cecil, Hillard "Alex", and sisters Mary Munro and Edith Irwin. Friends may call at the Almonte Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 154 Elgin St., Almonte on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Interment Guthrie United Cemetery. Those wishing may make memorial donations to the Almonte General Hospital.
