    • Gladys Mae Peacock December 30, 1934 December 7, 2016 Gladys passed away peacefully in her sleep at St John's Hospital in Vanderhoof at the age of 83 years. She was predeceased by her parents William and Lola Blighton, husband Everette Peacock, siblings Lois Richet , George and Edna Blighton, Wilma and Nelson Peacock, Teddy Blighton, Elsie Truman, Russell Persson, Anne Carson and Elaine Swain. She's survived by her daughter Cathryn Rose (Jim) of Vanderhoof, sisters Doris Anderson (Elmer) of Kelowna, Ruth Larson of Edmonton, brother-in-law Arthur Truman as well as a huge extended family of nieces and nephews and friends that she considered her children. Due to her wishes that no one travels in the winter there will be a memorial service held in the spring. Special thanks to Drs. S. Erbert and Dhillon and also to the nursing staff at St. John's Hospital in Vanderhoof.
