Miss Bertha E. Derby,
Miss Bertha Elizabeth, the 17-years-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur H. Derby of No, 122 Wellington street, died yesterday morning at the home of her parents, after an illness of over two years with encephalomyelitis, Besides her parents she leaves three brothers and three sisters, all of this city. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the home of her parents, Rev, C. E. Ames, pastor of St, Paul's Methodist Church, officiating. The burial will be in Zion's Hill Cemetery.
