  Florence E. (Bramble) Ferry 80, died Friday June 13, 1997 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Alfred V. "Sam" Ferry. Born in Poquetanuck Connecticut, the daughter of the late Burton and Mary (Horgan) Bramble, she had lived in Assonet most of her life. Before her retirement, she worked as a waitress at the former Rhinehagens Lunch Center. She was a member of the Freetown Senior Citizens Club and the Berkley Happy Hearts Seniors Club. Mrs. Ferry is survived by a son, and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral will be held Monday at 10 AM from the Manuel Rogers and Sons Funerl Home, 1521 North Main Street Fall River. A funeral mass will follow at 11 AM in St. Bernard's Church South Main Street Assonet. Burial will be in Assonet Burying Ground.
