| William Currie William Elwood Currie, 64, died at St. Boniface Hospital Dec. 7 after a long illness. Born at Douglas, Mr. Currie spent the early part of his life in Brandon and district later moving to Winnipeg to reside. Besides his wife he is survived by one son, Barry and daughter in law Heather. Two sisters and four brothers also survive. Lloyd at Prince George, B.C., Allan at Sprague, Man., Harold at Berwyn, Alta., Dr. Roy Currie of Winnipeg, Mrs. Viola Costen of Winnipeg and Mrs. Alma Humphreys of Brandon. Mr. Currie was predeceased by one brother Minto. Funeral services were held at the Mordue Funeral Home Thursday afternoon. Interment was at St. Vital Cemetery.
