    • Brian Nicholls died peacefully, on his own terms, at his home in North Bay on Saturday, March 6, 2021. He was 70 years old. Brian was the beloved husband of Debra (Grawbarger) of North Bay. He was the cherished father of Angela Roberts (Terry Jessup) of Callander and Jerry Nicholls (Alisha) of Hotham. Grandpa will be lovingly remembered by Abigayle Roberts and Caleb and Evan Nicholls. Brian was predeceased by his parents Mary (Davis) and Rayburn Nicholls, and his siblings Randy, Wendy and Cindy Nicholls. He was the dear brother of Allan (Melody) of Loring, Garry (Anne) of Alban, Sharon (Emmett Jessome) of Elliott Lake, Kathy Parkes (Norm) of Hundred Mile House, B.C., and Donald. He is also survived by his mother- in-law Bernice Towns (the late Bazel), and will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Brian was a lithographer at Southam-Murray Printing in Toronto for over 22 years, and co-owner/operator of Gerry's General Store in Restoule for 25 years. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. COVID-19 restrictions apply. Please register your visitation time by calling the funeral home at 705-724-2024. A closed memorial service will take place at the Paul Funeral Home at 1 p.m. You may attend via Zoom - visit paulfuneralhome.ca for the link and directions.
