July 10, 1957 – July 13, 2014
Now at eternal rest and peace, after lengthy illness, passed away at the Matthew’s Memorial Hospital, Richard’s Landing on Sunday July 13, 2014. Deborah Morin of Moffat Bay in her 58th year. Beloved wife of David Morin for 20 years. Loving mother of Laura McGrayne ( Marty ) of Sault Ste. Marie. Special Nana to Karl McGrayne “Mylo”. Dear daughter of the late James and Anne Townes and daughter-in-law of Betty Anne and John Charles Morin. Dear sister of Jim LaFrance ( Angie ), Joe LaFrance ( Kathy ), Steve Townes, Linda Leavey, Bill Townes ( Audra ) and the late Cathy LaFrance. Dear sister-in-law of Tom Morin, Al Morin ( Dawn ) and Tim Morin ( Pamela ). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Deborah enjoyed her home and her family on the water on St Joseph Island. She worked for air ambulance, VanDaele Manor and the Group Health Centre during her career as a registered nurse. Friends may call at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon on Thursday July 17, 2014 from 7 to 9pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Friday July 18, 2014 at 11 o’clock followed by cremation. Donations to the Renal Unit of the Sault Area Hospital gratefully accepted. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and countless others who provided wonderful care and compassion to Deborah over the years. |
