| Medway Union Workhouse, Gillingham, Kent The workhouse open in November 1859, replacing the Chatham and Rochester location. In 1932, the workhouse was renamed Medway Hospital, County Hospital in 1936, and finally All Saints Hospital in 1948 before closing in 1999. Many of the original buildings have been demolished and the site redeveloped.
