Passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, December 4, 2015 at the age of 67.
Beloved husband of Glenna (nee Bradshaw) for over 45 years. Loving father of Duane (Julie) of Moncton, NB, Kevin (Ila) of Selkirk, MB, Heather Snook (Jon) of Baden, ON.
Will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Drew, Caitlyn, Shayla, Jared, Nolan and Scott. Survived by his siblings George (Rita), Verdun, David, Mary Harmer (Bruce).
Will be missed by 8 nieces and nephews. Son-in-law of Wilfred and Joyce Locke.
Brother-in-law of Janice MacDonald (Bryan), Lois Seaborne (Wayne), Ruth Massey (Jim), Tom Bradshaw (Virginia), Myrna Bradshaw and Cathy Wetherelt (Terry).
Jim will be missed by many friends, neighbours and business associates.
Predeceased by his parents, William (1979) and Edith (1958), step-mothers' Lauretta (1960) and Lena (1999), sister-in-law Mary Rhodey (2002), nephew Troy Rhodey (1999), foster brother Joey Foreman (1966) and father-in-law Orville Bradshaw (1975).
Jim's family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday December 10, 2015 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A service will take place on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Bingemans Conference Centre (425 Bingemans Centre Dr., Kitchener) at 11 am followed by a reception. Private family interment at Blair Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy or Charity of Choice would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
