  Margot Bruner Nelson, born May 22, 1923 in Grand Junction, Colorado, died Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Plano, TX. Per her wishes she was cremated. Mrs. Nelson is survived by her son, Paul J. Chastain of Boise City, OK, three daughters, Suzan Chastain of Falls Church, VA, Katheryn Dudley of Albuquerque, NM, and Mary Jane Shoaf of Lake Oswego, OR; a step-daughter, Mary Carol Duggan of Mason City, IA; two step-sons, David L. Nelson of Ames, IA and Sven J. Nelson of Marble Rock, IA; 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James B. Nelson. --Published on Sep. 28, 2014.
