- STANLEY PENNOCK , 67, of rural Pittsfield died at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday (March 12, 1980) in his home. Mr. Pennock was born Feb. 20, 1913, in Pike County, a son of John Arthur and Mabel Belle Helm Pennock. Surviving are a son, John Pennock of rural Pittsfield; two daughters, Mrs. Nancy Bryant of Ashland and Mrs. Barbara Hart of San Diego; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Freeman and Mrs. Rosa Daniels, both of Pittsfield and Mrs. Dorothy Meece of Springfield,, and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and a granddaughter. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Skinner Funeral Home in Griggsville, conducted by the Rev. Joe Maynard. Burial will be in Pittsfield West Cemetery.
