  COSGROVE, Debbie 1961 ? 2015 Died peacefully at the Civic Campus Hospital at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2015 after a lengthy illness. She is survived by her husband and best friend Shane, and her beloved children Katrina and Scott. Special thanks to the I.C.U. staff of the Civic Hospital for their care. Family and friends are invited to gather on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at the Hawthorne United Church, 2244 Russell Rd., for a memorial service at 11 a.m. Inurnment Capital Memorial Gardens and reception to follow. May she rest in peace.
