    • DESLAURIER, Ken January 29, 1934 - July 8, 2009 In the presence of his family, Ken slipped away peacefully. Predeceased by his parents William and Edna (Banning) Deslaurier. Ken leaves behind his loving wife of 57 years, Doreen Larkin, his lovely daughters Carol Ann (Steve) and Rhonda, his dear sons Michael (Val) and Bill (Mary Anne) and his beautiful grandchildren Graham, Breanna and Curtis. Dear brother of Irene (Vern), Red (Louise), Shirley (the late Don), Hilma (Richard), Marilyn (the late Gerry) and countless nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod St, on Monday, July 13, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm, and on Tuesday, July 14, from 12 pm until Service time in the Chapel at 1 pm. Donations in Ken's memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks to Yvette and staff at the Madonna Nursing home.
