    • McDERMID, James On Monday, September 6, 2010, James Stuart McDermid, of Ottawa and formerly of Buckingham, Ottawa, retired, 25 year employee of R.L. Crain Inc., passed away on his 85th birthday. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Glenda Hambleton, brothers David of Kamloops, and Arthur (Helen) of Owen Sound, nieces Debbie Warren of Fort McMurray and Kim Lurz of Scranton, PA, nephews Terry, Mark and Greg all of Fort McMurrray, Kelly of Athabasca and Jamie of Edmonton, as well as all of their families. Predeceased by his sisters Esther, Pauline, Doris and Beryl and brother Douglas. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore Dr. and Baseline Rd.) on Friday, September 10, 2010 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday at 11:00 am. For those wishing, a donation to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
