  Patricia Pennock, age 82, of Battle Creek, passed away January 2, 2016. Patricia was born February 27, 1933 in Battle Creek the daughter of Winford and Lillian (Spenger) VanSyckle. She married Charles Pennock on June 27, 1950 and he preceded her in death on December 6, 2002. Patricia is survived by her children: Terry (Terry) Davis of Warsaw, IN; CB Pennock of Hastings; Kim Wischer of Rock Hill, SC; Chick (Brenda) Pennock of Gibbon, NE; Rob (Carrie) Pennock of Battle Creek; Amber (Jim) Clifford of Greeley, CO; and Kelli (Mel)Gibson of Springview, NE; 20 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. Besides her husband Charles, Patricia was preceded in death by her son: Burr Pennock in 2013. Patricia loved watching her grandchildren play sports and she loved going to the casino. Per her wishes cremation has taken place and there will be private family services at a later date. Memorial donations in Patricia's name may be directed to the American Heart Association. Arrangements by the Royal Funeral Home, Battle Creek.
