  Bailey, Cecil E. (77) Passed away May 17 in his home in Brea, CA. Born on February 23, 1926 in Whittier, CA. Cecil is a graduate of Whittier High School, Class of '43. He served in the Air Force and graduated from Fullerton Junior College. A life long resident of southern California and a devoted and loving father, Cecil worked for 35 years as a chief purchasing agent for Stoody Company. Cecil is survived by his brother James D. Bailey of Salem, OR, and by his children, Donna Roderick of Reno, NV, Richard Bailey of Riverside, CA, Michael Bailey of Aruba, DWI, Lynn Planchon of Stockbridge, GA, and his grandchildren, Christopher, Patrick and Garrett of Georgia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the PIH Foundation (Heart Fund).
