- Mrs. Alma M. Homan of 5094 Riverside Ave., Chino, a resident of the valley for the past 82 years, died in a Laguna Hills convalescent home Tuesday after a brief illness.
She was born Nov. 7, 1880 in Kerwin, Kan., and moved to the valley when she was 11. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Chino, the Chino Valley chapter of the Eastern Star and the Rotary-Anns of Chino.
Survivors include a son, Clifton B. of San Juan Capistrano and a daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Rentegott (sic) of Pasadena.
Graveside services will be at 11 a. m. Monday in Pomona Cemetery. Burial will follow. The Rev. Stanley Creighton, pastor of the United Methodist Church, will officiate.
The Griffith Mortuary of Chino has charge of arrangements."
