- Minnie Ann Banning, age 72, of Nixa, passed away April 6, 2004, in her home. She was born August 2, 1931, in Waynesville, the daughter of Oliver Guy and Delia (Coogan) Crismon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph N. Banning on April 27, 2000; a son, Jack D. Banning on March 4, 1996; her parents; and a half-brother, Oliver Glen Crismon.
Survivors include two sisters, Mabel Monick and her husband, Jack of St. Louis, MO; and Dorothy Montgomery of Lebanon, MO; a brother, Harold Eugene Crismon and his wife, Harriett of Geff, IL; and a half-sister, Mina Link of Lebanon, MO. Visitation will be at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, on April 9, followed by a service with Rev. Joseph Fahl officiating. Burial will be in Missouri Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
