  Richard Neilson Willey, 83, of Huntsville passed away on Monday at Floyd E. "Tut" Fann Home for Veterans. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Huntsville chapel of Spry Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Richard moved to Huntsville in 1963 and worked as an aerospace engineer. He later became a business owner of Mister Donut. Richard also owned several rental properties. Richard is survived by his wife, Elsie Herter Willey; his children, Richard Nielson Willey Jr., Kathryn Cook and Ethan Allen Willey; his twin brother, Robert Willey; brother, Herbert Willey Jr.; and grandchildren, Daniel Scott Wheeler and Andrew Mitchell Cook. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson's Support Group of Huntsville.
