- Lorraine Florence Hayden, 82, of Spencer, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016 at home.
She was born October 29, 1933 in New Haven, Conn., a daughter of the late John F. and Claire Weinberg Lyke. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, George Lyke and a sister, Bernice Bassett.
Mrs. Hayden was a retired secretary and a member of the New Haven 7th Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Ira Gordon Hayden of Spencer; a daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Joe Balisciano of Spencer; son and daughter-in-law, John and JoAnn Hayden of West Haven, Conn.; brother and sister-in-law, John and Linda Lyke of North Branford, Conn.; seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
