- BOONE, (PRETTY) Lena ? On Wednesday December 10, 2008 Lena passed away peacefully into the loving arms of God with family at her side, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital at the age of 86 years. She was predeceased by her husband Cecil Pretty in 1959. She is the beloved mother of Cecil Pretty and his wife Judy, Michael Pretty and his wife Margaret and Carolyn Cuillerier and her husband Dan. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Lena Marie, Theresa, Laura, Michael, Mark, Mollie, Charlie and Donna and by her many great-grandchildren. Cherished sister of June Kennedy, Fernand Poitras, Lou Poitras, Doug Kincaid and Bob Kincaid. She was predeceased by her grandson Chris Cuillerier in 1998. Lena can be remembered from her time spent at the Knights of Columbus playing euchre with her friends as well as bowling.
Friends may call at the MORSE & SON CHAPEL of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOMES, 5917 Main Street on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9. A service to celebrate her life will be held on Tuesday at 11 o?clock at Redeemer Bible Church, Montrose Road, Niagara Falls. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to Niagara Falls Humane Society.
