Augusta, Kansas - Alva Fredrick "Fred" Fuller, 86, of Augusta, KS, passed away Friday, November 19, 2021 at home. Visitation Friday at noon followed by service at 2 pm. Friday, November 26, 2021, at First Baptist Church, Augusta, KS. Graveside services 10 a.m. Monday, November 29, 2021 at Benton Cemetery, Benton, KS. Fred was born in Pontiac, Kansas on January 3, 1935, to the late May E. (Perry) and Alva E. Fuller. He retired as an operator and boilermaker from Texaco after many years. Fred enjoyed playing his steel guitar for his many friends and bowling. He was also a member of First Baptist Church, Augusta. On June 19, 1953, he married Wauna Naoma (Whitson) Fuller at Palmyra Baptist Church, Benton. She preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his, sister, Alvena Bowlin and a daughter-in-law, Kay Fuller. Fred is survived by: daughters, Kathy Parrish and husband Ben of Augusta; daughter, Linda Marley and husband Jeff of Ferndale, WA; son, Mike Fuller of Augusta; brother, Robert Fuller of El Dorado; sisters, Leona Harrison and husband Gene of Benton and Betty Guhr and husband Larry of Wichita; grandchildren, Jason Marley (Constance), Sarah Gruver (Jarrod), Kristine Dillon (Shane), Isaiah Johnson, Natalie Hartman (Kyle), Mason and Morgan Fuller and Seth Dennett; great grandchildren, Jude Dillon; Kyle, Jaxon, Isabella, Hendrix, Gianna and Fenix Marley; Noah Cooper Ward; Gryffyn, Knox and Bodhi Hartman; and Dane Dennett.
