- Louise Boettger - Passed away peacefully, on Thursday, September 18, 2014 in her 92nd year. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Lough and Augusta Dunkel. Beloved wife of Donald, who predeceased her in 1998. Loving mother of Cheryl and her husband Ted Dougherty, Barry and his wife Nancy, Donna and her husband Reg Logel, Tim and his wife Kathy; cherished grandmother of Kelly (Dave) Irwin, Todd (Sarah) Dougherty, Erika (Jim) Kappos, Robyn Dougherty, Travis and Ryan Logel, Benjamin and Elizabeth Boettger; dearest 'GG' of David Jr, Jaime and Jordan Irwin, Gracie, Ella and Libby Dougherty, Stephanie Kappos.
Survived by sisters Myrtle and her husband Erwin Hintz, Joanne and her husband Harry Kuntz and sister-in-law Dorothy Musselman.
Predeceased by sisters Marie Underwood, Margaret Heiman, Kay Boettger, Wilma Messer, Jane McFadden, Esther Lough and brothers Lloyd, Harold, Ernest, Roy and Norman. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Louise was an avid golfer and played her last game at Grand Valley with sons Barry and Tim and grandson Ben, the Sunday before she died. She loved playing cards, particularly with friend Shirley Welker. Spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren also gave her great joy.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Louise with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday, September 21, 2014 from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with a reception to follow in the Fireside Reception Room. Interment at Parkview Cemetery.
