- Alice Hall: The death of Miss Alice Hall of 539 - 2nd Street occurred in the city Monday night. She was born in Cumberland Township, Russell County, Ont. The late Miss Hall came to Manitoba in1895 and settled with her family in the Belmont district, remaining there until her retirement to Brandon in 1946. Surviving are one brother and two sisters, George Hall, Brandon; Mrs. R. Smith and Mrs. T. McClay, also of Brandon. Funeral service will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in lawn section of Brandon Cemetery.

- Alice Hall: Many friends gathered at the Brockie Donovan Chapel Thursday afternoon to pay last respects to the memory of the late Miss Alice Hall, whose death occurred in this City. The Rev. E. E. Austin of Bethel Temple officiated at Chapel and committal services. Interment was in Brandon Cemetery.
